About the Platform

ÆGENTS is a decentralized system for creating, managing, and trading tokenized AI agents. The platform facilitates both on-chain and off-chain functionalities, allowing users to deploy agents, participate in launches, and trade agent tokens. During the launch process, users may transfer funds to the platform to support the creation and activation of agents.

Responsibilities of Users

Managing Your Assets: You are responsible for the funds and assets you interact with on the platform, including those sent during agent launches.

Awareness of Risks: By participating, you accept the inherent risks of blockchain technologies, such as volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and market uncertainties.

Compliance with Laws: You must adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws when using ÆGENTS. The platform does not permit illegal activities.

Securing Your Access: You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and access devices. ÆGENTS cannot be held liable for losses due to unauthorized access or misuse.

Data Usage and Privacy

Transparency of Transactions: Transactions on the ÆGENTS platform, especially on blockchain networks, are public by design and accessible to anyone.

Minimal Data Collection: ÆGENTS does not collect or store personal information from its users. Any data shared with third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, wallets) falls under their respective privacy policies.

Third-Party Services: Some functionalities may rely on third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Ethical Use of the Platform

Permitted Activities Only: You may not use ÆGENTS to conduct illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or promoting unlawful content.

Respect the Ecosystem: Disruptive activities such as exploiting vulnerabilities, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or interfering with others’ use of the platform are prohibited.

Community Engagement: Users are encouraged to act ethically and constructively in community spaces, including forums, Discord, and other ÆGENTS-managed channels.

Limitation of Liability

Your Own Risk: ÆGENTS provides tools and infrastructure, but all interactions are at your own risk. The platform is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or opportunities resulting from your activities.

Third-Party Interactions: ÆGENTS is not responsible for third-party services, wallet providers, or blockchain networks used in connection with the platform.

Smart Contract Risks: By interacting with smart contracts, you accept the possibility of bugs, exploits, or malfunctions inherent to blockchain technology.

Platform Features and Warranties

"As Is" Availability: ÆGENTS is provided as a protocol with no guarantees of uptime, performance, or reliability.

No Promises of Profit: The value of agent tokens and the platform’s functionality depends on user behavior and market conditions, and ÆGENTS makes no promises regarding outcomes.

No Implied Warranties: The platform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Modifications to Terms

ÆGENTS reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the platform. By continuing to use ÆGENTS after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.

Governing Rules and Legal Framework

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Seychelles, without consideration of conflict-of-law principles. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws in their jurisdictions.

Resolving Disputes

Binding Arbitration: All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the designated arbitrator.

Jurisdiction: All arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English and based in Seychelles.

Invalid or Unenforceable Terms

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining terms will continue to apply.

User Accountability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ÆGENTS, its contributors, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Independent Users

Your use of ÆGENTS does not establish any partnership, agency, or employer-employee relationship with the platform. You act independently when interacting with ÆGENTS and its tools.
